Alien capital of the world!

I haven’t found a dish that isn’t improved by adding green chiles.  Here’s what turned out to be a great burrito from Vic’s Cafe, not far from the balloon  park in Albuquerque. They also had green chile biscuits that were fantastic.

They were excellent! La Fonda in Santa Fe. The unicorn tears they use adds to the cost.
